Meet the Founder

Rainbow Compliance was founded by a qualified legal professional with a passion for helping businesses navigate South Africa's regulatory landscape with confidence, integrity, and practical expertise.

The founder holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the North-West University and a Compliance Management Certificate from the University of Cape Town. He brings nearly seven years of legal and compliance experience gained across both the public and private sectors. This diverse background has provided him with extensive experience in legal advisory, regulatory compliance, risk management, litigation, contract law, corporate governance, and statutory compliance.

Recognising that many businesses struggle to understand and implement the requirements of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA), The founder established Rainbow Compliance with a clear vision: to provide accessible, practical, and tailored compliance solutions that not only satisfy legal requirements but also strengthen businesses against regulatory and operational risks.

Rather than relying on generic templates or a one-size-fits-all approach, he believes that every Accountable Institution deserves compliance solutions designed specifically for its operations, industry, and risk profile.
